Namely Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera in Angeles Pampanga. Westchester Realty Corporation  is a subsidiary of the RGV Group of Companies which develops low-to middle-income residential projects and tourism-oriented projects.  Congressman Rod G. Valencia is Westchester chairman and former Mindoro congressman.The Westchester Realty Corporation is the flagship of the RGV Group in the business of creating new communities and townships. It has been mainly involved in residential projects that include amenities and retail facilities for the convenience of families within each community.
